  After more than 45 years with USAA, I shopped around for different insurance because USAA's prices had become ridiculously high for multiple cars in my household. After getting quotes from all the major insurance company's; Allstate agent Steven L. Strassman in Lake Mary, FL was the only one who contacted me personally to discuss my insurance needs. He recommended a plan that had equal or better coverage than my USAA plan at substantial annual savings. Since going with Steven Strassman at Allstate I have sold one vehicle and replaced it with a new vehicle and Steven made the process very easy with one short phone call.   I had the pleasure of working with agent TJ Johnson. I recently moved to Florida and was looking to try to find a new company and save some money without losing coverage. TJ was extremely knowledgeable and knew everything Allstate. She informed me of the many options available to me while also saving me money. I appreciate being able to speak to someone who is knowledgeable, relatable and welcoming. TJ checked each box. Thank you again for your help and I am very happy to now be a part of the Allstate team.

  If you have any insurance needs I highly recommend Steve and his exceptional staff. In this day and age it is quite difficult to find many entities that are capable of offering an 'exceptional customer experience'. Well this group does! They are all very personable and will find you the right coverage at very attractive rates. In addition, they offer customer service that is truly extraordinary in my opinion. JOB WELL DONE!
