I’ve gotten two more bills from Direct and four phone calls or three phone calls. Excuse me and I finally called back for the third time and I got a lovely lady by the name of Cynthia Mercer, who saw that I called in, spoke to two different people and my policy is still in effect and have not been canceled. I’m glad now that she is on top of this. She has emailed me her Have any issues and she is working to have this policy once and for all canceled and hopefully I should get a refund in the mail soon. Can’t say I’m enough about Cynthia Mercer thank you.
