  I am looking for a flood insurance quote in Kissimmee, I am already a client of Allstate since I have my home and car insurance with them however my experience with the employees of this agent was awful!. They talk so loud and with no respect treating people like they are ignorants when people try to explain why they don't understand their statements. It's sad that I was able to get the quote with no problem from other prestigious insurance companies but the one I am doiong business with, Allstate, was so demanding and hyper agents screaming instead of nicely and courteously talking, they even didn't try to really help out. The agent Alexandra was kind of helpful but her supervisor Sally was just aweful to speak with. She should take a class on customer service and watch her tone when she speaks to clients, there is no reason to mention that she is an expert and has 10+ years working as an agent, that does not justify talking down to a prospect client... she has horrible manners and sad that I am actually doing business with a company who doesn't see to be very careful the quality of agents and supervisors to hire. I am definitely cancelling my existing policies in June when they are up for rrenewal and moving with a more professional company, Allstate and their agents in Kissimee are quite a ride to deal with, who needs them when they are other great options out there???
