The second questioned, he needed to check and got back to me with a few minutes. It is so nice dealing with an insurance agent who is pleasantn and helpful since I first took out my insurance policy in early March.

- JRJack RMar 10, 20261.0Less stars if I could. Failed to notified of a CC mistake. My insurance expired and they did not let me know. I called the office, spoke with Jim, he assured it was taken care of. He did not. My insurance was suspended. When I called to speak to him he avoded me. I spoke with a John who conveniently told me him and Jim were about to go into a meeting that he would call me back. He avoided my calls for three or more days. Finally he told me he had not reinstated it and wanted me to sign up for a subsidiary of Allstate (I supposed they get a commission for it). Sean also sold his client list to a relative to advertise his new restaurant and I was being bombarded with us. I went somewhere else. They are not professionals, if you dont mind, then hire them. If you want responsible, professionals go smewhere else
