  Bobby reed was my agent till my renewal came up I’ve been trying to call him for the past three weeks no answer even the office don’t answer either. So I don’t know if they still in business.

  I have never rated a company at 1 star before but I had to make an exception this time. I start off by saying that I was offered the policy by Christine Clawson when she signed me up for the per mile policy she provided false information many times about the functioning of the app also she attempted to take over my home owners policy without my authorization she stated that I needed to sign a authorization of release form to allow her access to my current policy so she can give me a quote but that was not the case she was trying to take over the business which I did not allow also when I called to switch my per mile policy to unlimited on one of my vehicles she switched on a vehicle that was deemed a total loss and then I was charged full premium for a vehicle that was totaled smh so I called and spoke to a Bobby Reid to fix the error and he said he will contact underwriting and get back to me to try and resolve the situation and never contacted me back so I been paying interest on a payment that should have never occurred because my credit card was charged incorrectly, I never had access to the app because of this huge inconvenience I attempted to call back many times but no call backs, I spoke to a Brian afterwards who let me tell you is very unprofessional and has very low patience when I spoke to him he would use vulgar language and talk to me like I was uneducated and he started arguing with me and tell me that I am not getting my money back no matter what then told me we have nothing else to talk about it and we disconnected and I never received a call back from management, I do not blame Allstate for the unprofessional people they have working at this agency just people think about it before you sign up I have never been so disappointed and unsatisfied in my life I am so glad to leave this agency and put this all behind me I still wish them all the best but they need a whole refresher on training! Good day
