By far one of the most incompetent brokers around. I was trying to obtain a cheaper quote since everything has been going up. So we first decided to move forward with the car insurance quote. I was super happy with the quote I received of $458, compared to my $560. The following month I received an email from allstate saying my policy is changing because I didn't homeowners insurance policy with them. I didn't receive a call from alexandria, this came in an email directly from allstate. The monthly payment then jumped to $608 a month. I called alexandria and asked her why my policy jumped so high after just one month of service. She then explained that when she put the quote in she bundled the services of car and home. I told her thats not what we agreed on. But I was like ok, lets get a policy going. Lets do the homeowners insurance policy so I can keep the discount. I provided her with my current homeowner insurance policy to insure we are comparing apples to applies. She then provides me with a quote of $2300 for the yr which is great because my current policy was 2600. I then spend the $125 for the wind mitigation report on my 2017 home. They send the report to allstate and then Alexandria tells me that the updated policy quote is 2900. Something about not having a hip roof is affecting the policy. By this time I have already canceled my previous auto policy and started with allstate. This whole scenario could of been prevent if Alexandria would of just done due diligence and took her time inputting information into the system. Crazy to have to go thru all this with a brokerage firm.

After having Allstate insurance for 45 years, Allstate dropped me because changed my bank and did not enter my new information correctly. So, I went three months without paying (yes, I should watch my banking more carefully!). I did not realized it was canceled, paid what I owed and they dropped me. I am just so stunned and disappointed. My parents have always had Allstate as well, probably 50 years or more. I had one fender bender and used the towing service three times. Again, I am totally stunned especially during this global health crisis where people are struggling to pay their bills and Allstate doesn't seem to care at all. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. I have Gieco now and I got a discount for being a school teacher, so I actually pay less a month.

Buyer Beware - I am a new customer to both Allstate and Kevin Kelley's office, and I have had a very poor experience thusfar. I was quoted an auto premium, I purchased coverage and paid in full. More then a month later I was charged an additional $51 with no explanation, I received no notice of the charge and only became aware of it on 5/18/16 when I was checking on my policy. I called Allstate and was referred back to the Agent who I was told would call me but never did. I called the Agent spoke to Camille who told me that I should not have been referred back to them but she would look into it. After multiple phone calls with no resolution I was sent an e-mail on Friday, 5/20 that Allstate was doing a formal investigation which would take 5 - 7 days. So I patiently waited until today and called to follow-up, it took me 3 phone calls but Camille did return my call to explain to me that the additional charge was a discount for a second car to be added to the policy but since that never happened they removed the discount and charged me the balance. The Agent who incidentally does not work there anymore never discussed a second car with me. I don't think I should be responsible for that Agent's error but it appears that I might be, I am waiting for a call back from Kevin Kelley and we will see if that happens.
