  I called All-state customer service to obtain a quote. They informed me their policy is to have potential customers contact local agents. Normally, I would not do that but I figured I'd give it a shot. I called and the agency. I spoke to an agent who then asked me to email him my request. Why couldn't we just do it over the phone? If the agent did not have time to help me while speaking with me, he shouldn't have picked up the phone. I'm glad I went with another insurance company that let me obtain a quote within minutes.
