I appreciate that State Farm has real people in the office to answer calls unlike other companies. I spoke with Rohit who was able to get my payments processed quickly and inform me about coming changes to my insurance, including lower premiums. Overall very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend this office for insurance needs!

I moved all my policies (auto & home) to Parvez Sahotra’s agency. For almost 2 years with my previous agency I was watching premiums didn’t make sense and I was having difficulty getting straight answers, explanation about policies.
Soon after transferring policies to this agency I got a call from Darian informing me of several issues with the policies and they wanted to meet with me in-person. During my appointment Darian, Parvez and Amber explained all that is happening with the policies which were written incorrectly and didn’t make sense.
Darian worked diligently on my policies and fixed most of the issues. She is still working on one last thing of making sure everything is transferred and in one account at their agency.
My account is well organized now. The policies are in good shape now. I highly recommend this agency to other patrons. They went above and beyond to streamline my account.
