- FDFCC DFeb 6, 20261.0I am writing to address an ongoing issue that has not yet been resolved. I have reached out multiple times to Tom Patterson regarding an ethical concern related to a policy but I have yet to receive a phone call from him directly as requested. I will move forward accordingly now with my complaints regarding the ethical practice and treatment at this insurance location.
