Had home and auto policy through branch for 4 years. Auto premium went up every year. Got a quote for exact same coverage from another broker and it the premium quoted was 45% lower. Canceled policy with State Farm and sent 3 emails to get confirmation policy was closed and refund would be issued and received no response. Had to call office to verify it was closed.
