Talking with JB was fabulous. He was so professional and shared so much knowledge with me about upcoming changes. He also made suggestions about getting extra coverage for my daughter and also saved me money as well. He allowed me to ask whatever questions I needed and recapped the quotes and info despite the fact that I would be getting it in an email. He took his time and we all know great customer service is no longer effective now-a-days. We talked just like family. I trust State Farm and I value our relationship. Thank you JB…Happy New Year!
