  Anyone who has dealt with Insurance adjusters probably knows you would get better results talking to a freshly painted wall. My first time filing a claim for a Lightning strike to my house and not knowing what im entitled to for coverage and getting the runaround from my insurance. I thought I was screwed. Well not all hero’s wear capes but Kevin from Gold Star Adjusters came to the rescue and dropped knowledge on how the industry actually works. He’s been involved the entire way and helped me get what is owed back. So from my family to his and the entire crew at Gold Star Adjusters. Thank you a million times over for putting in the work and dealing with scumbag insurance desk adjusters on our behalf. Its no easy task dealing with idiots on a daily basis. If you ever file a claim. Dont take anything the insurance company says seriously. Get a public adjuster on your side! They cut through the crap the insurance company likes to spread to muddy the severity of the problem. Gold star adjusters are professionals and listen and understand what your going through.   Gold Star Publc Adjusters helped me with my claim after attempting to work with my Homeowner Insurance company. My claim was denied multiple times. After Gold Star became involved, my claim was accepted and my roof was repaired. Kevin Hardy O’Steen stood up for me after being bullied by the insurance company and made things happen. Gold Star made this process so easy with great results. He answered every call and made me feel I was the only claim he was working on. He stood shoulder to shoulder throughout this process. I was kept informed of all correspondence and my interest was top priority. I have sung his praises among all my family and friends.
