After being transferred multiple times, I reached an agent that told me to WRITE to their office in Illinois. Who write to anyone in 2022? I asked for a supervisor and was told that there was not one available and she would send a message and that they probably wont call me back. I was told that they use a company that picks someone's name at random and attempts to offer them insurance. I have insurance and have had it for over 25 yrs. Allstate is a unprofessional company, and I can assure you that you would not be in Good hands!
