  Zero stars would be what this agency deserves. I am being charged for a $300,000 policy on a house that has a $90000 mortgage. I was hustled into a car insurance program with a plug in device and this man has had my devices sent to an address that was never attached to a single Allstate policy. Then ignores every attempt to resolve the situation. All they have done is increase rates and completely ignore their customers. They are thieves and outside of calling your agent directly all there seems to be is a dead end voice mail box for attempting to get a hold of anyone else that works for Allstate. The only time I got any kind of help was when I followed the rabbit hole to tech support. This was the only way I was able to put in a ticket for assistance. This agency is a joke and if I weren't being forced to pay for insurance in a state with no consumer protections against these slime bags I would never do businesses with any Allstate agent. I reported my vehicle inoperable and even though I called, and texted, the agent never changed my policy to reflect the car was down. Even with a device in my car showing zero driving activity, no miles period, I have been charged for driving 40 miles a day on a car that hasn't left my driveway since it broke down months ago.The device kept sending "inactive" notifications and registered "removed" every time I pulled the device from the port, so it was clearly sending signal. The device killed my battery and instead of fixing my policy I am being charged for 40 miles a day and being completely ignored by my agent with no way to speak with anyone about resolving the situation.
