Long story short, I needed to get a new plan setup for the first of the Year and I was shopping around, my secretary was actually the one that recommended State Farm, said that her & her husband have had them for a while & they’ve been a fantastic company to deal with. So I pulled the first phone number off of a Google search page & ended up connecting with the State Farm office in Jacksonville, Florida. Shelby Fidler is the one that set up our insurance account for our 5 Vehicles & even added a fantastic plan to our coverage for a supplemental health policy. Shelby’s good! Very attentive to our needs, she’s friendly, personable, professional & detail oriented as to what we needed & now shes our main point of contact for any of our insurance needs, this is wayyyyy better than dealing with endless insurance representatives that keep bouncing you back and forth on the phone, We’ve had enough of that! 😂 I’m proud to say that we’re now part of the State Farm family, I do believe Shelby will be the most pleasant part of dealing with any of our insurance needs from now on.
