  I have been with Allstate for many many years, but after my experience today, I may be taking my business elsewhere. I went in to pay my premium and was helped by Ramona. Sometime during our exchange she started talking politics. At first I gave benign responses but she continued to press on and disagree with every thing I said. Thats fine but not when I'm in your place if busines. I got more and more upset the longer I sat until she finally gave me my receipts and debit card back. And as I was leaving I said one more thing, and she LAUGHED AT ME ALL THE WAY TO THE DOOR! This is not ok and not how you treat customers. So I'll be checking around for another company as I don't want to spend my hard earned money where I'm going to be ridiculed! She should be fired but I'm sure she won't so good riddance.
