I have had State Farm for about 45 years now about 30 of which were up in the Chicago area and 15 here in the Jacksonville area which also included Palatka and I will just say right here right now that although I have dealt with my share of State Farm employees over the years and I'm not playing down the Excellence of others in Chris Nickas's Orange Park based location but when you get right down to it Bianca the office manager to me at least is the second coming of Christ personified if there was anything I could suggest to improve Bianca's demeanor service attitude or any combination thereof I sure as heck don't know what that would be because she's got it covered before I can even ask for it I am about to nominate her for canonization if there's room for another saint these days Signed, John T.
