I finally decided to cancel when I found another policy with competitive premium. I sent multiple emails and called several times trying to cancel. Always got the runaround. Had to finally call the 800# to get support. What's the point of having an agent if there's no support?

Jaylene got my premium way lower than geico and the customer service was horrible! Mr. Dough help me with my Homeowners and I’m very happy with my price. A few weekends later I spoke with Mrs. Lisa and she answered all my question. I definitely recommend Chamberlain Allstate!
