I always get great service with Chamberlain Allstate. My calls are returned promptly and when I ask for quotes I get them quickly.

I spoke to a rep today who told me that I had to pay a $50 something fee because 6 months ago, when I paid my policy IN FULL, I “chose to pay with a credit card” instead of using “easy pay”. This dude was trying to tell me who, what and where the situation went down when I paid my bill 6 months ago but obviously this guy had no clue since he wasn’t there and was just speculating at my expense. Had I known “easy pay” was an option, clearly I would’ve chosen it.
I told him I’d rather cancel my policy and choose another provider than pay that bill if he couldn’t work with me on something so minuscule.
In 15 minutes I switched to Geico and I legit saved over 20% on my car insurance. Thanks Cory or whatever your name was. I was about to pay my full premium again with you all but now I’m with a different insurance company and I’ve saved money.
