After a mere month of having my car insurance canceled, I contacted several agents who assured me that it had been reinstated. However, upon getting pulled over , I discovered that my driver’s license had been suspended due to an uninsured policy. The customer service department was utterly incompetent, and attempting to communicate through text messages or email resulted in delayed or non-existent responses. Despite the inconvenience, they always willing to apologize after I had to pay $150 to reinstate my driver’s license.

received an email from state from showing that my Insurance went around 150$ each month .. no tickets no accidents , no nothing .. reason because i live in florida … i don’t know how we suppose to keep up with this greedy Insurance companies . Then don’t wanna even talk to you .. thats what we have , you cant say nothing ,
