MY BATTERY BLEW UP IN TRAFFIC THIS MORNING. I CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. JESSICA DID NOT CONFIRM MY ADDRESS WHEN WE ACTIVATED THE POLICY.. THEY USED THE ADDRESS ON THE HOUSE I SOLD THREE YEARS AGO. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON MY POLICY. I AM 60+ YEARS OLD ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH NO HELP! ALL I COULD GET WAS, "I'M SORRY". NOT GOOD AT ALL. NO ONE FRON ALLSTATE HAS EVEN CALLED TO CHECK OR CONFIRM.

Like an angel on a cloud, she swept in and went the extra mile, and I do mean the EXTRA MILE to research and find a policy that fit our needs at a very reasonable price. We communicated for 4 days and finalized a great policy after 2 hours in her office. Her smile and encouragement made my wife and my day. We walked out of her office and felt li ke the world had been lifted off our shoulder as our current policy that we had for 30 years was due to be canceled in a week. May God Bless You Adriana !
