- MHMarie HookeJan 12, 20261.0I didn't realize I was paying way more for my car insurance than I should have. Called around and not only did I get a much better rate for the exact same coverage, the staff and agents were very pleasant and helpful, unlike this agency. Not very professional at all.

It's been several business days I've even sent a follow up email and they can't even bother to get me a quote. Which really sucks cause the first emailed contained sensitive information so now idk what they are doing with that but it sure isn't helping me find a better policy.
