  I am pleased with the service offered by Ana, she explained the information well and followed up with emails as I requested. She was also willing to explain the points that I did not understand after sending the email and at no time did I feel co-hearsed. Great service Ana!

  I saw an add for a better price on insurance on Facebook and as expected i received a lot of calls. One of the calls was David and I’m glad I gave him a shot. He provided the same coverage at a significantly better price but what won me over was his demeanor patient and very informative. It took me a day to decide this was someone I’d like to do business with. Thanks for the help switching from Progressive to State Farm.

  I recently had the opportunity to interact with Sara at State Farm Auto Insurance after submitting my online application. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for her outstanding service. Sara was instrumental in getting everything together within just a couple of hours. She was not only professional but also very pleasant, friendly, and truly passionate about her work. Working with her was a great experience. Additionally, during one of my calls, another employee, Ana answered very politely and promptly and courteously transferred me to Sara without hesitation, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Sara and her office for anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you for your commitment to customer satisfaction! On a side note, I would like to suggest that State Farm consider offering military discounts to honor our servicemen and women for their dedication and sacrifice.
