  I had a great experience working with my insurance agent. They were professional, patient, and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they made sure I understood all my options before making a decision. What stood out most was her responsiveness and attention to detail. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and knowledgeable.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Karen at Direct Auto on Ridgewood in Holly Hill . We walked in at 5:20—just 10 minutes before closing—and instead of rushing us or turning us away, she welcomed us with kindness and patience. Here we are leaving at 6:20, and she never once made us feel like a burden. Karen went above and beyond to help us, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuinely caring attitude are rare to find these days. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about her customers, Karen is the one to see.   Woke up stressed because my policy had increased and I had no idea where to start to see what happened.I Came into a branch and Karen was more than happy to assist me. Not only did she resolve my issue, she updated My policy to match exactly what it was supposed to be and got me a CHEAPER rate.
