I was emailed that they would call me back at a specific day and time. Those dates and times came and went without any contact at all. This is an extreme lack of professionalism! Last week, I was sent a letter that my premium changed due to documents unsigned. I called the agent and still couldn't get this resolved. Finally I called the 800 number for AllState who failed me as well. Hundreds of extra dollars were wrongfully stolen by AllState when they easily find the documents that I signed the day I signed up for the coverage. Today I called the 800 number and have requested to switch agents as my family has been disappointed and given zero support with out policy. I can not recommend anyone signing with this company as the service we have received is unbelievable.
