  Had an accident in January they approved the accident have yet to try and fix the vehicle and every time I reach out I get no response except the generic text telling me somebody will get back to me. I have had to go out and buy parts to start fixing the vehicle on my own, so it doesn’t get any worse. Yay what an insurance company and as far as Claudia, I have reached out at least four times and have not heard back. Do yourself a favor and Run this is not the insurance for you. that one star is only because I couldn’t make it a half or a quarter

  Be careful! Tremendous liars. I have been trying to cancel my car insurance for the last month. I sent proof of the new car insurance policy beforehand, by email and text message. I have spoken with four different people only to find out that the policy has not been cancelled as of now. They even charged me with a payment as if a cancellation would have never occurred. I am not sure whether this is a Miami tendency, or a nationwide one, but I never imagined this would happened with a company such as Allstate. I would definitely have to hire a lawyer if they do not refund the money they are supposed to. ¡Tengan cuidado! Son unos mentirosos. Llevo un mes intentando cancelar mi seguro de auto. Envié la prueba de la nueva póliza de seguro por correo electrónico y mensaje de texto con antelación. He hablado con cuatro personas diferentes y resulta que la póliza aún no se ha cancelado. Incluso me cobraron un pago como si la cancelación nunca se hubiera producido. No sé si esto es algo común en Miami o a nivel nacional, pero nunca imaginé que esto me pasaría con una compañía como Allstate. Sin duda, tendré que contratar un abogado si no me devuelven el dinero que me corresponde.
