Hicieron cambios en mi póliza sin mi autorización, Aumentaron el monto de mi cuenta, me cobraron de más y además, como si todo esto no fuera suficiente sacaron uno de mis vehículos de mi póliza dejándome el carro sin cobertura cuando la póliza ya estaba pagada. No contestan el teléfono. No contestan mensajes de texto. No contestan emails y tampoco se responsabilizan. Es la peor experiencia que tuve en la vida y no es solo que no los recomiendo, alerto sobre el mal servicio e irresponsabilidad de Oscar y Yamelys. Sigo esperando mi reembolso.

For 4 months I was charged for this policy i never got the policy documents they never return the calls they keep telling lies about what happened and there are not reliable at all. i'm deeply disappointed and feel disrespected I wouldn't recommend anyone to engage in any type of policy with them It's a shame that that's how they treat customers a paying customers.
