I was overcharged on my auto insurance without any notice or explanation. Multiple emails were ignored. When I called, I was falsely told the issue had been resolved, which was not true. The overcharge remained and no one followed up.
Extremely poor communication, misleading information, and a complete lack of accountability. I do not recommend this company.

I'll Start off with how deeply disappointed I am from this agency especially from Oscar.
Everything started 4 months ago when I purchased a policy.
For 4 months I was charged for this policy i never got the policy documents they never return the calls they keep telling lies about what happened and there are not reliable at all.
i'm deeply disappointed and feel disrespected I wouldn't recommend anyone to engage in any type of policy with them
It's a shame that that's how they treat customers a paying customers.

I am very disappointed with the service at this store. always a challenge to get follow-ups, callbacks, and confirmations on policy changes. It takes an unreasonable amount of time to get any updates.
When I first started, I referred many people to this location, but now I regret doing so. I really believe they don't appreciate it. The time wasted has been significant, and as a result, I have decided to switch to another agent.
