  Moved to Florida and had Angie Batton office transfer my automobile and renters policy. During this process they would never follow up like they said they would, I would wait around and finally have to call them back to finish the process. After all this kept receiving billing notices for my renters policy from my previous agent so I called this office and and asked if everything had been transferred to Florida, they said they would check and get back to me but never did. Called back and they said yes, everything was transferred. A month later still receiving notices from previous agent so I log into my account and it still shows that my renters was never transferred. Call the office back and they said yes, it never transferred, did you want us to??? They begin the process of actually doing it during which they have told me twice they would call me and let me know the results but I haven't heard a thing. This office either doesnt know what they are doing of are just not in the business of customer service. Would suggest using a different Allstate agent.
