Was dreading calling expecting it to be some call center overseas on hold all day. Turns out there are here in town! Cassie was super helpful and their local office was convenient. Instead of having to scan and email stuff which I am not good at, I was able to just bring the documents by and sign in the office. Great customer service. But they do need a bigger office.
