- BDBelinda DardenSep 20, 20221.0I sent Kris and Associates insurance office a cancellation letter to remove one of my cars from my insurance policy and they cancel my entire insurance policy, which cause my drivers licence to get revoke. I would not have never known until I received a letter in the mail from DMV. I called her office immediately no tgus is showing on my records that agency office took no accountability in providing a letter stating it was their error. I am no longer a customer with that agency. I also asked Virginia for help she said she has to get permission from Kris. Whay they provided is not enough to get this remove.
