  After a bad experience, I called Bradley Ins. and I spoke with Kolton. I was a new first time homeowner. Kolton was the best!!!! I called to ask a question and Kolton was not there. Lilah went above and beyond to get an answer for me. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you need insurance this is the place to get it!

  Called for a quote but it’s an 800 number not the local office. They proceeded to put me on hold for 20 minutes after I asked if my car qualifies because it’s old then just hung up on me.

  I have been trying to get in touch with Coltin for over a week. I wanted to get homeowners Insurance and I was also trying to help my sister get homeowners insurance. This was Monday Jan. 12. He said he would get back with me on some quotes. I told him he could call back Tuesday, as I would be returning home that day from my sister's house. I did not hear from him so I called later in the week. The lady who answered said she would have him return my call. He never did! I called again yesterday and the man who answered said Coltin was on another line and would have him call me back. He did not call back. I can't imagine if I ever had a claim! I would most likely not get it handled if I can't even get a call back when I am trying to do business with them!
