- BBBrian BottsJun 10, 20221.0I do not typically write reviews, but felt like this could be of value to others seeking insurance through a broker. Have been with Waldorff for 6 years. Unfortunately the insurance they provided me, Fed Nat, cancelled over 60K policies in Florida and I was one of the casualties. Waldorf did not call me back after several attempts and then 3 weeks later I get a email stating they could not help me. Never once did I file a claim nor have I ever, but I paid my premiums. I would suggest you find a another company that is interested in you as a loyal customer.
