  I have been a client of this agency for several years, having initially chosen them based on my mother’s longstanding relationship and positive experience. I currently maintain coverage for five properties through this office, making the quality of service not only important but essential. My recent experience demonstrates a stark and unacceptable decline in the agency’s professional standards. When I requested copies of my declaration pages—a routine and entirely reasonable request—I was instructed by Kathy to contact the insurance companies directly. This response was dismissive, unhelpful, and wholly inappropriate for a client managing multiple policies through this agency. Such behavior falls far below any acceptable standard of customer service. Kathy’s conduct was particularly egregious. She stated that she was also serving as the “operator” and needed to attend to other lines, presenting this as justification for her dismissive and unprofessional behavior. There is no circumstance in which this excuses such treatment. Her actions reflect a serious deficiency in both staffing and operational management. Since Tammy’s departure, the agency has shown a clear deterioration in client support. The office, once responsive and professional, now appears disorganized and indifferent to client needs. The level of service I received is unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot and will not recommend this agency to anyone.

  I've have 3 vehicles that I cover and have been with allstate a year. I attempted to get motorcycle coverage from them and received a quote for 49 dollars a month made the first payment only to be told 3 days later the policy is wrong and they would have to jack the rate to 141 I asked why they said some florida law for coverage went into effect. I passed it off and canceled that keeping my auto insurance policy. Fast forward 4 months later I decided to look for coverage for my motorcycle and found state farm provided accurate quotes and proper information they have saved me 140$ a month and over 700$ on the premium for the same coverage allstate is charging me for. These people and this location over price the insurance to offset and line there own pockets. It was a process trying to cancel my policy and I had to eventually call the corporate customer service number that got me a barley English speaking individual that was able to cancel the policy on the phone versus saying they have to have someone call me back they do not value there customers at this location. Highly do not recommend business with these people.
