  I've have 3 vehicles that I cover and have been with allstate a year. I attempted to get motorcycle coverage from them and received a quote for 49 dollars a month made the first payment only to be told 3 days later the policy is wrong and they would have to jack the rate to 141 I asked why they said some florida law for coverage went into effect. I passed it off and canceled that keeping my auto insurance policy. Fast forward 4 months later I decided to look for coverage for my motorcycle and found state farm provided accurate quotes and proper information they have saved me 140$ a month and over 700$ on the premium for the same coverage allstate is charging me for. These people and this location over price the insurance to offset and line there own pockets. It was a process trying to cancel my policy and I had to eventually call the corporate customer service number that got me a barley English speaking individual that was able to cancel the policy on the phone versus saying they have to have someone call me back they do not value there customers at this location. Highly do not recommend business with these people.

  Good company will answer any questions I may have and I have not found a lower insurance rate anywhere.
