  Thank you VIP for working with us when we had water damage to our vacation condo. The fact that we were 1000miles away from the unit when the intrusion occurred caused us anguish especially because circumstances did not permit us to travel to the condo. Fortunately,we contacted VIP Adjusters and were overwhelmed by the effort their agent,Rachael,made on our behalf. We are very grateful to your entire group and would highly recommend your services.

  Can’t say enough great things about VIP Adjusting. They are professional, knowledgeable, respectful, punctual, and followed through on every commitment they made. Everyone I interacted with (Christian, Lance, Maureen, Aaron, etc) was super helpful. I spoke with two other adjusters who stopped returning my calls because I had already rush replaced my roof due to hurricane damages. VIP made sure the other interior and exterior damages were not overlooked and were able to help me with additional claims in a timely manner. Thanks so much!!!!

  I worked with VIP after Hurricane Michael severely damaged my house and devastated my area. Justin and Lance Petrie are good people. They worked for months to try to get my insurance claim settled fairly, but unfortunately, my insurance company balked and my husband and I ended up having to get a lawyer too, and going to court. When we finally settled our claim, Justin was kind enough to let us get our entire settlement check and deposit it before we wrote him a check and paid VIP for their services. After the storm, Justin and Lance were sometimes hard to get hold of right away, but Category 5 Hurricane Michael was a big job. They always got back to me and answered my questions. The fees were reasonable. They helped us get our house fixed the right way, with enough money to get the job done. It definitely pays to get a Public Adjuster because, take it from me, the insurance company is not your friend. I'm glad I called VIP.
