Overall we like the service from our agent and his office but whenever you're trying to call the Allstate general number they give you the AI run around. If you have an accident after business hours, there's nobody to speak with, Allstate doesn't answer the phone it just has endless meaningless recordings. If your agent is closed, then you're out of luck. Allstate is over streamlined and under services clients.
