With hands free use and being a passenger along with a passenger using my phone it records me falsely and critiques me as a driver when I am not. The program is not fair as it falsely records and reports bad information!

Also, there is a reasonable difference if I choose to make monthly payments (like about 5% extra) instead of the 22% those other guys charge. Zachary Kopf is the face of Allstate to me! I had been with the other guys for 12 years, and wasn't going to switch for a mere hundred or two. But when Zachary offered real savings (and believe me, I would price shop once a year), I made the jump and never looked back.
