They are responsive, clear, and easy to work with, which helps keep all parties informed and reduces delays. They approach each claim fairly and objectively, and they follow through until issues are resolved. Overall, Mark Hobales is dependable, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Their approach helps the claims process run smoothly and leads to solid, well-handled outcomes.

  We are so thankful we selected Mark Hobales as our Public Adjuster. Hurricane Helene flooded our home and Hurricane Milton ruined our roof and gutters. We needed temporary housing for almost a year. Mark stepped up and took the insurance nightmare off our shoulders. Until you have lost all your furnishings, receipts, records, photos, etc. you cannot begin to imagine the stress dealing with the bureaucracy and inefficiency of FEMA and homeowners insurance. It is overwhelming. Mark is very professional, experienced and tech savvy. He treated us as family and constantly communicated with us via texts, email, phone and personal visits. Mark’s fee was more than offset by submitting claims and workarounds which we would never have known about. Furthermore, after seeing what we were going through both mentally and medically, Mark made a nice contribution to the Moffitt Cancer Center. We can never thank Mark enough.

  The best decision I ever made was to engage the services of Mark Hobales and David Dunn of On the Mark Claim Adjusting, Inc. I would not have been able to navigate this very difficult and extremely stressful process on my own. They are very knowledgeable in dealing with flood and homeowners insurance claims and adjusters. They are very professional and prompt in answering any of your concerns. They go the extra mile. Wonderful advocates on your behalf. They are very easy to talk to and very empathetic and kind. I highly, highly recommend their company to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of a major loss. They truly fight on your behalf to get you the proper compensation for your loss. Had I not used their services I would not have gotten the correct amount of compensation for my loss.

  My home was flooded during hurricane Helene and not knowing how best to work through the insurance process I hired Mark and his team.
