  Every time I call this company I receive optimum service. This is one of the most courteous and efficient companies that I have had the pleasure of working with in a very long time This company cut my auto insurance bill be ~ $300.00

  This is a back door company who does not return calls , I sent a form over while the agent was on the phone, it was verisigned and he acknowledge receipt but did not submit. Find a real agent if you need insurance.

  They are great people good insurance They keep you updated with everything that's going on and let me know what's what you know what's what with your policies and they're good love it thank you

  When reviewing my coverage details I noticed an unknown name listed and my 19 year old daughter was not listed as a driver. I called in, had it corrected, and asked to speak to a manager to better understand how this happened. I was very concerned that my daughter had been driving uninsured for who knows how long. I was told a manager would contact me and I never got a call. Two months later I was reviewing my policy renewal and again, this unknown person was listed and my daughter had been removed! I called in, asked for a manager, and was told that Manager Tiana would contact me within 45 minutes. I received an electronic document to remove the unknown driver and I quickly completed it. Guess what, never got a call. I just logged in and THE UNKNOWN DRIVER is again listed and my daughter is not!!! I have been paying my policy on time for the last year and a half (when I switched over to Allstate) and my 19 year old has not been insured. Let me state the obvious....if she were to get in an accident, Allstate would not cover it because guess what.....SHE IS NOT INSURED because Allstate keeps removing her and adding this UNKNOWN DRIVER!!!! I got a request to review Allstate on Google last night and I'm not the type to do this on social media. But maybe, just maybe this will get their attention. Has anyone else experienced something like this?
