  Cato Insurance Group - Allstate Insurance is an exceptional Team. I have had the pleasure of working with their staff over the years on several different policies. They are the most hard working team that I have ever come across in the insurance business. They really go above and beyond with shopping for the best policy for clients. They also answer the phone and emails. This seems very trivial to mention, but the team always answers the phone with a smile and go out of their way to get answers and solutions to any issues. I love working with the CATO Insurance Group Team on. Thanks for being so helpful and diligent in getting the best price over the years. You are Simply The Best!!

  I just canceled my Allstate policy after more than 20 years with them. They've been showing me for way too long that they didn't want me as a client and I've just been too lazy to do anything about it. I finally had enough of the constant massive rate increases over the last several years and took the 20 minutes it takes to get a quote from State Farm based on a family member's recommendation. We only have 2 cars, and they were able to reduce my bill by $247 per month. I feel foolish for waiting this long to switch.

  If I could give -0 that would be it. It is sad that some of the agents you have there doesn't know there job duties. I hope as an agent you can provide better customer service. I've been going back and forth for the past week, every time I am told someone will call me back but that call back never happens. If I need help I have to wait until after hours to call in order not to be connected to the agency. Your agents are not professional at all.
