  My experience with Anchor Health Agency was extremely unprofessional and concerning from start to finish. There was virtually no real onboarding structure or professional communication. I did not receive proper onboarding emails, instructions, or any organized process. Instead, I was contacted through random messages from different people on their team asking for sensitive information like my DICE login credentials. Requests like that should never be handled through casual texts from multiple people with no explanation or formal documentation. Connor Simmons was particularly difficult to communicate with. Getting a clear answer or any real help was nearly impossible. The responses I received were dismissive, vague, and did nothing to clarify the situation. When you are dealing with licensing, carrier appointments, and compliance, professionalism and transparency should be the absolute minimum, yet that standard was not met. The most alarming part of the situation was discovering that accounts with certain insurance carriers appeared to have been created under my name even though I never fully completed onboarding with Anchor Health Agency. As a licensed professional, that is extremely serious. Your credentials and appointments should never be handled without your full consent and clear communication. Overall the entire experience felt disorganized, chaotic, and questionable. There were no proper onboarding emails, no clear point of contact, and no secure or professional process for handling sensitive information. Everything was handled through scattered messages from multiple people asking for access to things they should not be requesting in that manner. And even right now as i’m typing this i haven’t received any word back to fix the carrier issue , its not fair to take advantage of new agents just because they’re younger Because of these issues I chose not to move forward with Anchor Health Agency. Anyone considering working with this agency should proceed very carefully and make sure they fully understand how their credentials and information may be used. Professional agencies should operate with transparency, compliance, and respect for licensed agents, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. If you are new to the industry i plead that you do not waste your time or energy here .
