  Nora from Ted Todd's office took care of a very stressful auto insurance problem that involve a third party error that they were unwilling to fix. She worked the problem relentlessly until it was resolved. Then she checked up on my wife and I days later to make sure everything was handled and we were doing good. Great effort!

  This level of service is really rare these days. Claudete Goldey in very short hold time arranged for Roadside Assistance for me for a pick up truck to take my disabled vehicle and deliver it to the dealership for repair. It all happened without a hitch and everything was accomplished with no surprises. So grateful for this five star service in my time of need !!!!!
