  The service was as it always is with your agency 10/10 But I don’t like these surveys I assure u if I’m not happy out will know about it I think we have been with u folks for maybe 20 years If u have a “ no survey “ button please push it Have a good day

  I sold my boat/trailer and needed to cancel my insurance. I like working with Claudette and luckily she answered my call. Claudette had my e-signature cancellation in my mailbox within 60 seconds and I had it signed and back to her within another 60 seconds. Smooth and easy. Thanks Claudette!!!!!!

  As a first time property owner in Pelican Sound Golf and River Club I was directed to Ted Todd Insurance: Allstate Insurance to inquire about property insurance. Tanner Van Dalsen was the agent who I met with. From the very start his professionalism was very evident. He listened to what my needs and wants were, and with this information guided me through the process step by step. With a couple of quotes from different agencies I then did my research. The second meeting to discuss each quote, and their respective pros and cons was very enlightening. Tanner was very patient in his explanations of the questions and concerns. At the end of our meeting and because of his guidance I was able to make an informed decision as what was the best direction to go. Tanner was never impatient, with questions I asked and his explanations made perfect sense. In conclusion, I would recommend Tanner in the future and feel very confident that my future insurance needs will be met with his professionalism. Thanks Tanner
