Every time I reach out to this office, Lidia "office manager" does not assist. She always refers me to speak to the carrier directly. I mean what is the point of having a local agent when they are not there to help with the policy. They are more than ready to get the policy but are unwilling to do service it after the fact. One should not have to chase down their agent when needing assistance with their policy. Very disappointing!!!!!
