  Today I had to call my insurance company concerning both my renewal and a question I had about one of the coverages. In addition to this I needed to ask about a small crack in my windshield. James Lasee, who is my regular agent, has been wonderful since I moved to the Dunedin office. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Jayden Collart. He was professional, helpful, and courteous. In less than 15 mins, I had both the question answered and an appointment made to fix the window. This agency, Kassie Grady Lancaster Allstate Agency, has been a breath of fresh air and the reason for my continued loyalty to Allstate Insurance!! Thanks for being there to support my insurance needs!

  Great experience getting my car insurance started, James was my agent and he did great at explaining all my coverage and rates. Definitely would recommend them for auto for sure!
