  I have have a auto policy written by Will at this office. I stopped by today to add another vehicle and my homeowners policy. Will was the only one in the office today.I tried to get him to help me add my work van to my auto policy. He got extremely irritated at me instead of helping me with a solution. I pleaded with him to not be mad at me to help me but he seemed to get madder by the minute. He wouldn't back down and said he had more important customers to deal with if I didn't have anymore questions. So I left. Wow!! Never been so rudely treated by someone who I was trying to give them more business. I wish I would have read all the other bad reviews of this office. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

  Have called and emailed Robbie and his office for two months now regarding my home owners insurance policy which hasn’t renewed. No response and no notice of why my policy didn’t renew. Will be looking for a new agent

  Robbie Hussein is the definition of incompetence. My mother has been in hospice for end of life care and I’ve been tasked with her estate. I’ve emailed him several times, and the only response I’ve gotten is asking for my phone number which I have promptly. Weeks later, still nothing. No calls, no emails. But we did received automatic billing payments while my family is paying for her assisted living and end of life care bills. I guarantee he’s dragging his feet to suck every penny he can from her account. The guy is a vampire at best, a predator at worst. I would NEVER recommend him, and will be going over his head to get this matter settled.

  My relationship with Allstate and this branch started out very positive but the last year has been rough. I've tried to make 2 different changes to my policy and received no response. I called in and left messages, reach out via e-mail through the website and e-mailing to an address given to me by this location to submit my change - NOTHING. I recently went with a different insurer due to this lack of response. When I called in to do this, they ask that I send an e-mail with my new insurance cards to the same e-mail I'd been using where they never responded. I did so and asked them specifically to reply and confirm my policy was cancelled - AGAIN NOTHING! I called into the main 800 number for Allstate a week later and my policy STILL had not been cancelled. I manage a customer service team in the medical industry, I would be appalled if this was the service my team provided - horrible customer service!

  Tried to cancel policy. When I explained it was too expensive, I was very surprised to hear this, in a rather condescending manner, "You can't afford $517?" I don't think insurance shaming customers is a good policy. When I further explained I found a cheaper policy, I was scoffed at and was told pretty much other companies are bad. What? Maybe this fellow was having a bad day, but at any rate, I wouldn't send anyone to them.
