  I mostly deal with Melissa she is very helpfull.I have been with Allstate since 1962,Tha year I had an accident,some sone hit me in the back.I am very happy the way Melissa helped me.

  My wife and I both have been Allstate customers our entire adult lives having inherited the relationship, so to speak, from each of our parents. Wherever we've lived we would find an Allstate agent, and were never disappointed. The Kassie Graddy Lancaster Agency is no exception. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and our agent, Charlotte Sanders is generous with her time and expertise. She finds the most appropriate coverage at the best price, and explains matters in terms we can understand. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
