  This is one of the most helpful companies I have ever dealt with. RICARDO CONCHA was absolutely fabulous. He spent a lot of time helping me with my computer so I could fill out all my insurance information. He never made me feel like I was using up his time. He checked the best possible price and let me know the truth. Even if he couldn’t match or come close to the price. I already had. He was honest and told me that he couldn’t beat the price, but he would try his best.

  I had the wonderful pleasure of having Rick Concha from Jeff Campbell’s Allstate Insurance assist me with comparing the car insurance policy I was under with the ones offered by Allstate. He asked questions to see what was of high importance to me in my policy. He informed me the difference in price and also the increase of coverage. He broke down, in simple words, how I would be paying less with Allstate but going to get better coverage. After he went through one policy, I decided to compare my homeowners policy and found a better fit of more coverage for a reduced price. Rick takes his time and is thorough, going line by line and comparing so I knew what I was getting. I highly recommend Jeff Campbell-Allstate Agency and staff for any insurance needs! I’ve recommended them to others because I know they’ll be taken care of like I was. Thank you for your expertise!

  Thanks Ricardo Concha for the time you spent with me going over my policy for my two automobiles recently. This was my first experience with Allstate and it was pleasantly surprised how helpful Ricardo was with my questions.   This is our first experience with Allstate Ins. and are extremely satisfied with the professional service that Ricardo Concha provided for our auto insurance. The policy that Ricardo provided is priced below the others and he explained each of the items in the policy that I have never understood before.. We will be giving Ricardo our other policies for our home this year as well.
