  Robbin Merrill was always my go-to person when I had my insurance with Farm Bureau. Anytime I had questions or needed help, I knew I could count on her. I was honestly upset when I found out she was no longer there because she always made everything so easy and took great care of me and my families insurance needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

  I worked with Robbin this morning when I had to switch over my insurance to the car I will be purchasing this Saturday. She was extremely helpful and a true pleasure to talk too.

  We were transferred to this office bc our agent retired. We purchased a street legal golf cart & needed it insured. Called on a Monday bc the guy at the golf cart store needed proof of ins to get it registered, etc for us before delivery. Spoke to a Melissa at this office which was kind & professional but unfortunately didn’t have a clue what she was doing. After paying for the yr in full, came to realization that the golf cart was insured wrong. So now we are on Tues…Melissa stated she would cancel ins. & we would get full refund credited to our account & she would have proof of ins before end of business day. Called that afternoon @ 4:30pm to be informed she has left for the day. Keep in mind that guy at the store has been waiting for proof of ins since Mon. I stated I had an issue with that & what Melissa had told me that Tues morning. A lady named Jennifer called us immediately from this office…canceled the 1st incorrect ins that Melissa never finished doing & told us the refund comes in a form of a check by mail not refunded to the account like Melissa had stated & had us insured correctly with proof before she left. This office closes at 5pm. Jennifer stayed until 6pm cleaning up Melissa’s mess….I recommend this office due to people like Jennifer that went above & beyond fixing an issue & not leaving a customer hanging like Melissa did. Side note…. Never got a call or anything from Melissa apologizing. Hope she did something special for Jennifer since she stayed an hour after closing….
