  So Glad I Made the Switch to Allstate I had been shopping around for auto insurance when I met Jason. I explained how I wanted to shop around for the best deal. He gave me his quote for me to use as I was shopping around. He asked if he could call me to check on my status if I didn’t get back to him. I agreed. I still wasn’t ready when he called me back. I called him when was finally ready to switch insurances. He was awesome. He was pleasant and so were the other ladies in the office who I spoke to. They were very friendly and professional as well. I am very pleased with his office. They make you feel like family. I truly appreciate all of the time they spent answering my questions and explaining insurance terms and their meanings. We are very happy with this Allstate office.

  Saved me with my auto insurance when I didn’t have the right coverage. Jason knows all things insurance. Also has a great staff that’s dynamite!! Thank you Jason & team!!

  Seems like every time I call no one will pick up the phone. No response back when I text. I always have to end up calling corporate to get some one on the phone.

Broker, Jason Shears, offered his personal cell, office number, and email, ensuring every one of my questions was answered immediately by any of his team members—no balls were dropped and the attention to detail was perfect. I was looking to replace USAA, where I was paying $314/month and struggling with communication issues. By switching, I saved over $1,200 a year for the exact same coverage! The execution was flawless. Just one day after starting the policy, I purchased a 2026 KIA Hybrid SX Prestige. The office team was ready and able to handle the vehicle replacement immediately, and miraculously, they handled it all on a Friday night at 4:45 PM!
