  Seems like every time I call no one will pick up the phone. No response back when I text. I always have to end up calling corporate to get some one on the phone.

  I intentionally chose this non-local Allstate branch because of their incredible response time and accessibility. Broker, Jason Shears, offered his personal cell, office number, and email, ensuring every one of my questions was answered immediately by any of his team members—no balls were dropped and the attention to detail was perfect. I was looking to replace USAA, where I was paying $314/month and struggling with communication issues. By switching, I saved over $1,200 a year for the exact same coverage! The execution was flawless. Just one day after starting the policy, I purchased a 2026 KIA Hybrid SX Prestige. The office team was ready and able to handle the vehicle replacement immediately, and miraculously, they handled it all on a Friday night at 4:45 PM! My Allstate Insurance rate only increased by just $2.27 per six months for the new hybrid!
